About this role

As a Lead Cyber Security Engineer, you will be instrumental in safeguarding substation automation systems and operational technology (OT) assets from cyber threats. You will design, implement, and monitor cybersecurity controls, working closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure system integrity and compliance. This role involves risk assessment, vulnerability management, incident response, and supporting secure project delivery from tendering through to final acceptance.

What we are looking for

Protect substation automation systems and OT assets from cyber threats
Design, implement, and monitor cybersecurity controls
Support secure architecture validation, FAT, and SAT
Assess risks and respond to security incidents
Experience with network equipment, firewalls, and security technologies
Knowledge of utility industry cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, NERC CIP)
