About this role
Join Fiserv's Cybersecurity Incident Response Team as a SOC Analyst to investigate and respond to cybersecurity events globally. You will perform initial triage and analysis of potential incidents, review suspicious activity, and escalate confirmed events. This role requires working shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in an on-site environment.
What we are looking for
6- Monitor and triage security alerts from enterprise tools
- Investigate suspicious activity across various log sources
- Analyze data in SIEM/SOAR platforms
- Document investigations and findings
- Support 24x7x365 follow-the-sun coverage model
- 1-2 years experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
