Target is seeking a Security Specialist to join their Assets Protection team. This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members, mitigating risks like theft and fraud, and responding to crisis events. You will utilize intelligence-led tactics, de-escalation techniques, and surveillance systems to maintain a secure environment.

• Protect guests, team members, and brand through security measures
• Mitigate shortage risks, prevent theft and fraud
• Respond to and document security incidents
• Utilize surveillance systems and de-escalation tactics
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and apprehension support
• Maintain physical security standards throughout the store
