Manager, Threat Detection Engineering

Lead a team of threat detection engineers to develop and mature Vanguard's threat detection capabilities. This role involves people leadership, technical strategy, and cross-functional partnership to enhance defensive security posture against evolving threats.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of threat detection engineers
• Define and own the detection engineering roadmap and strategy
• Oversee the delivery of custom threat detection content across the security stack
• Drive automation and orchestration initiatives
• Define, track, and report on key detection engineering metrics
• Partner closely with Threat Hunting, Adversary Emulation, and Cyber Threat Intelligence teams
