About this role

Axos Bank is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to join their Zero Trust team. This role focuses on designing, building, and operating Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and microsegmentation platforms, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI agents and automation to enhance security operations and productivity. The position requires a hands-on technical owner who can drive enterprise-wide adoption and contribute to an AI-native security operations model.

What we are looking for

Own ZTNA and microsegmentation engineering, configuration, and optimization
Design and implement microsegmentation policies for least-privilege access
Drive enterprise-wide ZTNA adoption
Build and manage AI agents for automating network security operations
Contribute to AI Governance practices and prompt version control
Participate in incident response for network-layer events
