Security Engineering Assistant Manager

Unilever is seeking a Security Engineering Assistant Manager to deliver world-class cyber security tools and services. This role involves managing the cyber security technology stack, defining requirements, and partnering with business owners and suppliers to ensure key risks are managed and capabilities are continuously improved. The position reports to the Security Engineering Manager.

• Manage cyber security capabilities including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and Email Security
• Define requirements and identify gaps in security capabilities
• Partner with Security Architecture on capability roadmaps
• Support Proof-of-Concept projects and business case creation
• Oversee deployment and adoption of cyber capabilities across IT, Cloud, OT, and IoT
• Ensure service management of cyber security capabilities using ITIL framework
