Security Engineering Lead

AIS is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to implement and maintain robust security practices, focusing on Zero Trust architecture, Risk Management Framework, and NIST compliance. This role involves designing secure architectures, leading incident response, conducting threat analysis, and providing strategic consulting to protect mission-critical systems.

• Implement and maintain Zero Trust (ZT) best practices and compliance
• Develop and maintain Security and Compliance Playbook modules
• Oversee enterprise-level security tasks adhering to RMF and NIST standards
• Perform complex evaluations of security procedures and implement improvements
• Lead team projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior staff
• Provide strategic consulting and recommend advanced technologies
