Manager, Security Engineering & Platforms

Lead and develop multiple cybersecurity engineering teams responsible for foundational security platforms and services. This role provides people and technical leadership across SIEM, SOAR, and Cyber Defense engineering functions, focusing on developing team members, driving engineering strategy, and optimizing security platforms.

• Lead and develop Security Engineering & Platform teams
• Establish strategic direction and roadmaps for cybersecurity platforms
• Oversee administration and optimization of security monitoring and automation platforms
• Manage infrastructure supporting cybersecurity technologies in cloud and on-premises environments
• Drive automation initiatives through orchestration, scripting, and APIs
• Mentor team members and support their professional development
