Network Security Engineer (L3)

As a Network Security Engineer (L3), you will be responsible for ensuring the security and stability of client infrastructures. You will proactively identify and resolve technical incidents, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and provide advanced solutions to complex security challenges. This role involves client interaction, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to operational improvements and project delivery.

• Manage and secure client network infrastructures in a managed services environment
• Perform third-line support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Configure, install, test, and maintain security infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers and create knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with clients and provide regular system status updates
• Contribute to project implementation and operational process optimization
