Security Specialist - Network Detection & Response

PNC is seeking a Security Specialist to join their Technology organization. This role focuses on evaluating, responding to, and mitigating security alerts from SIEM and Cyber security products like IDS/IPS. You will also assist in tuning SIEM events, improving network visibility, and providing operational support for the institution's security posture.

• Evaluate, respond, and mitigate SIEM and Cyber security product alerts
• Utilize and understand SIEM, IDS/IPS technologies
• Tune SIEM events to reduce false positives
• Improve network visibility through testing
• Provide operational support for the security organization
• Perform technical evaluation and analysis in a specific security area
