Executive Manager - Product Security

Lead the organization's product security capability, embedding security throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement. This executive role drives strategy, governance, and culture for secure product development at scale, partnering with technology, product, and business leaders. You will oversee security Centers of Excellence and embedded chapters, ensuring security by design and continuous verification.

• Define and execute enterprise Product Security strategy, roadmap, and operating model
• Establish security-by-design and secure-by-default principles
• Build and lead a high-performing Product Security organization
• Oversee Security Education, Design, Testing, and Secure Build & Deploy functions
• Drive adoption of security capabilities across business and technology teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships with senior executives
