Senior Offensive Security Engineer (Red Team)

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to join their Red Team. This role involves executing advanced offensive security operations, simulating real-world adversary tactics, and identifying high-impact attack paths across products, platforms, and enterprise environments. You will collaborate with various teams to translate findings into actionable insights and improve security capabilities.

• Execute hands-on red team operations simulating real-world threat actors
• Identify, exploit, and chain high-impact vulnerabilities
• Perform advanced offensive activities including manual exploitation and bypasses
• Collaborate with Detection & Response and Incident Response teams
• Produce clear, technically detailed findings for remediation
• Contribute to tooling, automation, and tradecraft improvements
