Senior AI Security Architect

As a Senior AI Security Architect, you will be instrumental in guiding Baxter's secure adoption and scaling of AI technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs. You will serve as the primary security expert, establishing standards and governance frameworks to enable responsible AI innovation across the enterprise. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape AI security strategy in a global healthcare organization and grow into a broader cybersecurity leadership position.

• Lead security reviews and assessments for AI, Generative AI, and ML solutions
• Define AI security standards, architectures, and best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate AI technologies and platforms
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for AI applications
• Establish security controls and guardrails for LLMs and AI agents
• Serve as a trusted advisor on AI security best practices
