L2 Security Engineer

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an L2 Security Engineer to resolve technical hardware and software issues for internal and external users. This hybrid role involves working an average of two days per week in the HPE office and requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Respond to customer inquiries on product features and repairs
• Proactively assist users to prevent problem occurrence
• Act as a team or project leader
• Utilize Information Technology Information Libraries (ITIL)
• Troubleshoot in a technical environment
