SOC Analyst

ID.me is seeking a developing SOC Analyst to join their Security Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in monitoring, investigating, and responding to security threats within a cloud environment. You will work with experienced analysts to protect ID.me's digital identity platform.

• Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR
• Perform initial triage and investigation of security incidents
• Assist in responding to threats like phishing, malware, and suspicious activity
• Support incident response efforts, including containment and recovery
• Conduct basic threat hunting and IOC analysis
• Collaborate with IT, Cloud, and DevOps teams on security best practices
