Lead Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Lead Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer to be the technical owner of their Saviynt/MyAccess platform. This role focuses on ensuring the platform's stability, security, and scalability for enterprise operations, leading technical design, and guiding long-term strategy.

• Lead technical architecture, design, and ownership for SaaS IGA platform
• Implement security controls including Conditional Access and Zero Trust
• Ensure stability of identity lifecycle processes and access reviews
• Troubleshoot SaaS connectors, integrations, and provisioning logic
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Contribute to IGA roadmap, automation, and platform scalability
