IT Security Analyst

Capco is seeking an IT Security Analyst based in Poland to support a large-scale Secrets & Credential Management initiative. You will analyze current environments, identify security control gaps, and define requirements for scalable security solutions. This role involves collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure sensitive credentials are managed according to regulatory and operational expectations.

• Analyze secrets and credential management practices
• Identify and document secrets, ownership, usage, and risks
• Assess control gaps and define remediation approaches
• Define requirements for centralized secrets management solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering and validation
• 5+ years of experience in IT security analysis or similar role
