Cybersecurity Engineer III

Trace3 is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Engineer to provide technical authority for enterprise and federal cybersecurity programs. This role involves deep expertise in security architecture, cyber defense, risk management, and compliance, ensuring systems meet stringent security requirements. You will collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security controls across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, focusing on mission-critical projects like database and operating system upgrades.

• Serve as senior technical authority for cybersecurity programs
• Implement and maintain enterprise security technologies
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses
• Monitor security events and investigate incidents
• Support cloud security initiatives in AWS and Azure
• Ensure compliance with NIST, RMF, and ISO frameworks

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
