About this role

Calendly is seeking a Principal IAM Engineer to own the company's Identity and Access Management strategy, tools, and processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access controls, automation workflows, and governance frameworks in partnership with senior leadership. The engineer will focus on protecting the business while enabling productivity at scale.

What we are looking for

Own IAM strategy, tools, and lifecycle processes
Design and implement secure access controls and automation workflows
Manage IAM environment including access groups and service accounts
Conduct assessments and audits for compliance
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Facilitate governance discussions with business leaders
