Sr. Director, GRC, IT Controls & Cyber Culture, Orthopedics

We are seeking a Sr. Director of GRC, IT Controls & Cyber Culture to lead our security initiatives within the Orthopedics division. This role will focus on establishing and maintaining robust IT controls and fostering a strong cybersecurity culture across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing governance, risk, and compliance strategies to protect our sensitive data and systems.

• Lead GRC, IT Controls, and Cyber Culture programs
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Oversee risk assessments and compliance audits
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and training
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Manage security projects and initiatives
