Senior Security Engineer

Join Gordon Food Service as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and lead our Security Operations team in designing and automating enterprise security architecture. You will drive threat hunting, detection engineering, and tool automation across hybrid and cloud environments, balancing infrastructure operations with modern automation techniques to enhance defensive coverage and support SOC analysts.

• Lead threat hunting and detection engineering across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Design, automate, and maintain enterprise security architecture using IaC and CI/CD
• Develop and tune custom security detections and validate controls through threat emulation
• Provide Tier 2 escalation and mentorship for Security Analysts
• Administer SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and NDR platforms
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation
