Senior Manager, Platform Security Engineering & Transformation

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a critical security engineering organization focused on enterprise platforms and services. This hybrid role requires a proven technology leader experienced in guiding large teams through transformation, modernization, and AI adoption. You will manage engineers, influence stakeholders, and drive the adoption of new technologies and operational models.

• Manage Information Security Engineers designing, documenting, and maintaining complex security solutions
• Lead a large, complex information security unit with companywide impact
• Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern engineering practices
• Influence change to information security policy, standards, and procedures
• Lead large, companywide projects and initiatives
• Manage a team of 7+ years of Information Security Engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience
