Target Security Specialist

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to ensure the safety of guests and team members, and to protect company assets. This role involves using intelligence-led tactics, responding to crisis events, mitigating theft and fraud, and maintaining a secure store environment. You will also interact with guests and team members to provide a positive experience.

• Protect guests, team members, and brand through security measures
• Mitigate shortage risks, prevent theft and fraud
• Respond to and document security incidents
• Utilize de-escalation tactics and surveillance systems
• Conduct merchandise recovery and theft apprehension support
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment
