Product Security Engineer

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Product Security Engineer to join their team in Pune, India. This role focuses on ensuring the security and resilience of medical products and their data by engineering and implementing security tools throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security testing, manage vulnerabilities, and mature the secure software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate to design and engineer security tools for the product lifecycle
• Run security scans and support SBOM creation
• Lead strategy and maintenance of cybersecurity tools
• Integrate cybersecurity testing throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide expertise in vulnerability response and risk communication
• Develop and mature Global Product Security Strategy and S-SDLC
