Senior Security Engineer, RTOS and Virtualization

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead security efforts for RTOS, hypervisor, and embedded virtualization technologies. This role involves collaborating on CPU/SoC architecture, building defensive features, performing threat modeling, and reviewing low-level code to identify and fix vulnerabilities. The position requires extensive experience in systems and embedded security, strong C/C++ skills, and familiarity with CPU security concepts.

• Lead security engineering for RTOS, hypervisor, and embedded virtualization
• Collaborate on CPU and SoC architecture security
• Build defensive features like partitioning and secure updates
• Perform threat modeling and automotive TARA
• Review C/C++ code, investigate vulnerabilities, and build test infrastructure
• 8+ years of experience in systems, embedded, or automotive security
