Cyber Security Analyst I

The Cyber Security Analyst supports the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) by monitoring systems, analyzing threats, and protecting technology environments. This role investigates security alerts, assists with incident response, and supports vulnerability management to maintain secure transit services.

• Monitor systems and security tools for suspicious activity
• Investigate anomalies and potential threats
• Assist with incident response and vulnerability management
• Support implementation of security controls
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Cybersecurity
