Target Security Specialist

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. This role involves preventing theft, responding to incidents, and supporting sales through guest engagement. You will utilize surveillance systems, conduct merchandise recoveries, and train team members on security procedures.

• Maintain physical security standards for guests and team members
• Respond to and document security incidents
• Conduct merchandise recoveries and provide apprehension support
• Perform receipt checks for high-dollar merchandise
• Utilize video surveillance systems
• Train team members on operational shortage focus areas
