Manager, Cyber Security Product Owner

Capital One is seeking a technical security product leader to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions. You will develop and communicate strategic roadmaps, analyze security alternatives, and advise executive decision-makers. This role requires a curious and clear thinker who can seamlessly switch between technical details and high-level strategy, enabling the business through robust security capabilities.

• Develop and communicate risk-based strategy and roadmaps for enterprise security services
• Analyze and select security alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability
• Advise executive decision makers on business and technology risk grounded in threat
• Lead product backlog grooming and translate vision into detailed initiatives
• Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals
• Experience with cloud-based or on-prem network security services and products
