About this role
Lead the design and enhancement of AI-enabled offensive security platforms to scale and accelerate cybersecurity operations. You will architect and deliver production-grade agentic AI systems, defining reference architectures, engineering standards, and multi-agent workflows. This role requires deep expertise in agentic systems, AI security, and distributed systems to drive technical direction and mentor engineering teams.

- Own reference architecture and engineering standards for production agentic AI systems
- Design reusable agent execution harnesses and lead multi-agent workflows
- Define model-agnostic interfaces and architect retrieval, context, and memory services
- Establish strategies for enterprise integrations and security practices
- Lead cross-functional architecture decisions and mentor engineers
- Deep expertise in agentic systems, AI security, and distributed systems
