Staff Perimeter Defense Engineer

State Street is seeking a Staff Perimeter Defense Engineer to lead the strategy, architecture, and engineering of their perimeter security capabilities. This role is critical for protecting the organization from external threats targeting enterprise networks and internet-facing services. You will drive the technologies and controls needed to strengthen the firm's defensive posture and reduce risk.

• Define and drive enterprise perimeter security strategy, architecture, and roadmap
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and improvement of perimeter security controls
• Partner with Network, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams
• Collaborate with Cyber Defense Center to enhance detection and response
• Lead security initiatives for firewalls, WAF, DDoS, secure web gateways, and Zero Trust
• Develop security standards and implementation guidance
