Target is seeking a Security Specialist to join their Assets Protection team in Boca Raton, FL. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members by mitigating risks, preventing theft, and responding to security incidents. You will utilize intelligence-led tactics, de-escalation techniques, and Target's video surveillance system to protect company assets and ensure a positive guest experience.

• Utilize intelligence-led tactics for guest and team member safety
• Respond to and document security incidents
• Apply de-escalation techniques and physical security controls
• Monitor Target's video surveillance system
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and apprehension support
• Perform merchandise receipt checks to prevent theft
