Cloud Engineer

Chevron is seeking a senior Cloud Engineer to join their Digital Identity organization in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on designing, operating, and modernizing enterprise-scale Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic services in cloud and hybrid environments. You will be responsible for secure certificate lifecycle management, key protection, and identity-driven security controls to support Zero Trust adoption and protect critical business workloads.

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise PKI platforms
• Own certificate lifecycle management and automation
• Implement post-quantum cryptography capabilities
• Integrate PKI with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Advance Zero Trust maturity and continuous security posture improvement
• Drive automation using scripting, APIs, and orchestration
