Lead Engineer - AI Security

Target is seeking a Lead Engineer for its AI Security team to enhance the security of AI systems and platforms. You will collaborate across teams to identify risks, evaluate controls, and provide recommendations to strengthen AI security posture. This role requires deep technical expertise in AI security, threat modeling, and hands-on analysis.

• Collaborate with AI platform, product, and engineering teams to evaluate security posture
• Define and evaluate security assessment methodologies for AI technologies
• Develop and execute security validation strategies including threat modeling and adversarial testing
• Conduct deep technical reviews of AI products, platforms, and architectures
• Partner with engineering teams to validate secure deployment patterns for AI workloads
• Provide expert guidance on AI security best practices
