Senior Information System Security Officer

Core One is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer to support a new application development project. This role involves implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and guiding information systems through the Authorization & Accreditation process. The position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance and experience with AWS.

• Lead RMF phases (Prepare, Categorize, Select, Implement, Assess, Authorize, Monitor)
• Develop and maintain accreditation artifacts (SSPs, SARs, Risk Assessments)
• Monitor compliance with NIST 800-53, 503, FISMA, and agency policies
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and risk assessments
• Collaborate with system owners and developers on security integration
• TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance required

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
