Principal Cyber Security Engineer US Federal

Workday is seeking a Principal Cyber Security Engineer to support U.S. Federal Government contracts. This role involves building, deploying, and operating security tooling, providing consulting to service teams, and improving infrastructure security. You will focus on addressing common security issues systematically through frameworks, tooling, and automation in both public and private cloud environments.

• Support U.S. Federal Government contracts requiring US citizenship
• Build, deploy, and operate security tooling
• Provide consulting to service teams on infrastructure security
• Develop solutions using industry-standard languages
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Linux, and CI/CD
• Must possess an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance
