Cleared On Site Chief Security Architect for Governance, Risk and Compliance (5030)

Lead security architecture for a law enforcement agency's transition to Information Systems Security as a Service. You will provide strategic risk advisory to leadership, oversee the security posture of over 600 systems, and enable innovation by evaluating emerging technologies within governance constraints. This role requires deep technical expertise, executive communication skills, and a proven ability to translate complex security risks into business impacts.

• Serve as principal technical authority for security architecture
• Provide strategic risk advisory to leadership and Authorizing Officials
• Oversee security posture of 600+ information systems
• Evaluate emerging technologies like AI/ML, zero trust, and cloud-native security
• Embed security in early system design lifecycle
• Translate technical vulnerabilities into business risk for executives
