Sr. Associate, Cyber Security Architect

Santander is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design and improve secure architectures for enterprise platforms, applications, and infrastructure within a regulated financial environment. This role involves conducting threat modeling, security design reviews, and ensuring architectural compliance with regulatory mandates, operating at the intersection of security engineering, enterprise architecture, and compliance.

• Design, govern, and improve secure architecture across enterprise platforms
• Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews
• Define and maintain enterprise security architecture for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
• Architect and oversee encryption strategies and key management
• Ensure architectural compliance with regulatory mandates
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams on security controls
