About this role
MGM Resorts International is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, engineer, and implement IAM technologies. This role focuses on customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ for lifecycle processes and building automated workflows in partnership with various IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with IAM tools, protocols, and Java development.
What we are looking for
6- Design, develop, and optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Implement IAM technologies and identity/authentication services
- Customize SailPoint for Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes
- Build automated provisioning and governance workflows
- Expertise in RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO, SAML, OAuth
- Strong Java programming skills
