Principal Engineer, Cybersecurity, IGA - Remote

Stryker is seeking a Principal Engineer, Cybersecurity, to build and operate enterprise identity governance, authentication, and authorization services. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable identity architecture and controls, focusing on building, configuring, and operating IGA platforms and engineering identity lifecycle workflows.

• Build, configure, and operate enterprise IGA platforms
• Engineer identity lifecycle workflows for joiners, movers, and leavers
• Implement and maintain access requests, approval workflows, and access certification
• Configure authoritative sources, identity reconciliation, and identity data quality remediation
• Implement SSO, MFA, federation, and risk-based authentication
• Develop PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST API, and SCIM automations and integrations
