Staff Information Security Engineer - AI First

Rithum is seeking a Staff Information Security Engineer to lead the integration of AI into their security practices. You will design and implement security guardrails for AI-powered products and an AI-first workforce, build automated security tooling, and ensure secure AI adoption. This role involves significant automation, infrastructure-as-code development, and collaboration with various engineering and IT teams.

• Design security guardrails for AI-powered products and AI-first workforce
• Build and automate security tooling using infrastructure-as-code
• Implement and enforce identity and access controls for AI systems
• Integrate security tooling with LLM layers for actionable insights
• Define and enforce security requirements for AI features
• Conduct threat modeling on agentic and LLM-based systems
