Associate Security Operation Engineer

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking an Associate Security Operation Engineer to provide 24/7 end-user support for a Secure Service Edge solution. This role involves incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring service level agreements are met, with a focus on monitoring system health and responding to alerts.

• Provide day-to-day end user support of a Secure Service Edge solution
• Perform end-to-end incident management, troubleshooting and resolution
• Monitor health of the solution and respond to system alerts
• Manage agent software upgrades and rollout
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Knowledge in Networking and/or Cyber Security preferred
