SOC Cyber Security Manager

Lead a Security Operations Center (SOC) team to defend global IT services for the Army National Guard. This role involves hands-on technical leadership, people management, and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity standards. You will oversee daily SOC operations, mentor analysts, and coordinate with various stakeholders.

• Manage day-to-day SOC operations including monitoring, incident triage, and response
• Lead, coach, and develop SOC analysts
• Maintain SOC procedures, playbooks, and SOPs
• Oversee and perform forensic analysis to identify intrusion indicators
• Ensure SOC plans align with Army, NIST, and ARNG cybersecurity standards
• Coordinate cybersecurity inspections, tests, and reviews with stakeholders

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
