ICAM Security Engineer

Leidos is seeking an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Engineer to build and implement the core security layer for a mission-critical hybrid cloud platform supporting next-generation air traffic management. You will integrate with government ICAM services, enforce authorization policies, and establish robust access control and audit foundations using modern development practices and an AI-first mindset.

• Integrate L-CAP services with government ICAM using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Implement and maintain identity federation and user stores (Keycloak or equivalent)
• Enforce per-session authentication and authorization (Zero Trust principles)
• Implement mutual TLS (mTLS), service mesh/workload identity, and certificate lifecycle management
• Design and implement RBAC and ABAC access controls
• Develop audit logging for access and authorization events

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
