Cybersecurity Engineer

10a Labs is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to build secure infrastructure and tooling for AI security evaluations. You will focus on cloud infrastructure, security automation, internal tooling, and offensive security testing to identify and measure AI-enabled cyber risks. This role is for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and building scalable security solutions.

• Build tools, automation, and infrastructure for adversarial AI testing
• Maintain security test environments using Terraform and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate to reproduce, investigate, and remediate vulnerabilities
• Develop and automate attack simulations for AI systems
• Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews
• Integrate security into the software development lifecycle
