Lead Cybersecurity Architect

As a Lead Cybersecurity Architect at McKesson, you will shape the future of healthcare security by establishing and evolving robust security architecture, patterns, and guardrails. You will partner with leadership and various teams to protect the business while enabling innovation, acting as a trusted advisor and mentor to drive measurable improvements in risk reduction and control effectiveness.

• Own and evolve security architecture patterns and guardrails across cloud, network, identity, endpoint, application, and data protection
• Lead architecture reviews for key initiatives and translate security policy into practical engineering requirements
• Define target-state security architecture and roadmaps, driving organizational alignment
• Embed security in delivery through DevSecOps and advise on CI/CD, IaC, and secure SDLC practices
• Establish measurable security architecture outcomes and mentor architects and engineers
