Application Security Engineer

Figure Lending is seeking an Application Security Engineer to ensure the security of their software throughout the development lifecycle. You will build and scale the vulnerability management program, integrate secure coding practices, and partner with engineering and DevOps teams. This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong coding skills to enhance security processes and maintain a strong security posture.

• Build and scale vulnerability management program
• Embed secure coding practices into engineering workflows
• Partner with Engineering, DevOps, and IT
• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end security solutions
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and architecture reviews
