AI CyberSecurity Architect

BMO is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity architect to secure Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities across the enterprise, ensuring resilience and regulatory compliance within the financial industry. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align AI implementations with cybersecurity standards and partner with various teams to identify and implement cyber controls for AI.

• Develop AI-specific threat models across the model lifecycle
• Integrate AI security into Zero Trust, cloud security, and data protection frameworks
• Define patterns for AI/GenAI platforms and enforce security requirements across AI pipelines
• Partner with Cyber peers to define security requirements for external AI vendors
• Ensure AI systems comply with applicable financial regulations
• Provide guidance to AI engineering teams on secure development practices
