Computer Network Defense (CND) Security Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Computer Network Defense (CND) Security Engineer in Suitland, MD, to protect critical Department of Defense networks. You will monitor security events, investigate threats, manage vulnerabilities, and support cybersecurity technologies across various environments. This role offers the chance to work on mission-critical systems with a skilled cyber team.

• Monitor and analyze security events using Trellix ePO, Splunk, Palo Alto, and RSA
• Investigate endpoint security alerts including malware and rogue systems
• Build dashboards, perform ACAS scans, and assist with vulnerability remediation
• Apply STIGs, perform system patching, and manage SCAP scans
• Contribute to RMF documentation and maintain system/network diagrams
• Active TS/SCI clearance and IAT Level II certification required
