Information Security Advisor - Detection Engineer

Elevance Health is seeking an Information Security Advisor - Detection Engineer to join their team. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, and maintaining security detections, correlation rules, and behavioral analytics. You will also be responsible for developing CI/CD pipelines for detection content deployment and collaborating with various teams to enhance monitoring capabilities.

• Design, develop, tune, and maintain security detections, correlation rules, and behavioral analytics
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, and validation of detection content
• Collaborate with CSOC, Fraud, Threat Intelligence, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams
• Enhance monitoring capabilities
• Requires BS/BA degree and minimum of 5 years experience in IT security or related field
• Experience with Python, CI/CD, and Machine Learning concepts
