Staff Enterprise Security Engineer

Databricks is seeking a Staff Enterprise Security Engineer to secure enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows, with a focus on AI-adjacent use cases. This role involves partnering with the Data team to ensure secure development practices, conduct security reviews, and implement robust security controls. The engineer will identify risks, define security requirements, and build automation to enhance security outcomes across the platform.

• Secure enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows
• Focus on AI-adjacent use cases and modern access patterns
• Conduct security reviews of implementation designs and configurations
• Build security automation using Python, SQL, and Terraform
• Partner with Product Engineering, IT, and Legal Privacy teams
• Assess new technologies and workflows for secure design
